Delete your My COL account

My COL: Cost of Living is operated by MY MIX LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16825521).

How to delete your account

In the app: open the ☰ menu and choose Delete account. Your account and all your data are deleted straight away.

By email: if you can't use the app, email support@mycolapp.com from the email address you use to log in to My COL, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address, all your saved receipts and their items, all bank transactions from statements you uploaded, your saved item names and merged items, and your shopping and monthly lists.

What is kept

We do not keep your data after deletion, apart from short-lived server logs kept by our hosting provider for security, which are deleted automatically.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual receipts at any time inside the app: open a receipt and tap "Delete receipt".
