Our vision
To help anyone understand and plan their cost of living better, and see how it is changing over time.
The problem
Prices keep rising, but a bank statement only shows a total per shop, like "Lidl £34.20". It doesn't show what you bought, or how the price of your usual items is changing. Official inflation figures are national averages and may not match your own shopping.
What My COL does
- Reads your receipts line by line, even long receipts taken in several photos
- Matches receipts to your bank statement, so payments show what you actually bought
- Shows your spending by category and by shop
- Tracks the price of each item you buy over time
- Shows your personal inflation: how prices are changing for the things you actually buy
- Helps you plan with a shopping list and a monthly list
Your privacy
Receipt photos are read by our AI service and are not stored. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from inside the app. Read our privacy policy
Try it: beta testing
My COL is in beta testing on Android and iPhone.
Android: first join our tester group, then join the test on Google Play. After joining, wait about 15 minutes, then use the "download it on Google Play" link. Searching the Play Store won't find it yet.
